I have the knowledge you need to build a strong health foundation. I make it effortless to implement and easy to maintain. With me on your side, you can take care of your daily obligations knowing that expertise and support is available at any time.
Achieving health goals gives us the confidence to go for what we really want in life. Things like mustering the courage to ask for a raise, deciding to go back to school to pursue a passion, reigniting connection in a stale marriage, starting to date again after divorce, or running your first marathon.

My approach to a healthy lifestyle is to demystify what wellness is, help you understand your options, and give you the tools you need to move toward your goals.

The climb to health happens one step at a time. We will make small, measured changes that build upon each other and make a huge difference in your family's health without turning your life upside down.

The most important step in bringing about change is having a trusted advisor to lead the way. Finding the path on your own can be overwhelming and frustrating. I listen to your needs and provide workable solutions that last.
Everyone is different.
The concept of bio-individuality is that each person has his own nutritional needs. So, when the experts say, “dairy is good for you” or “fat is unhealthy,” it’s too much of a generalization. One person’s food is another person’s poison, and that’s why fad diets don’t work in the long run. You will learn key integrative principles, personalized to your unique lifestyle, that will resolve health challenges, bring clarity and focus, and provide you with newfound energy.
Eat good food.
A solid nutritional foundation is the basis of good health. I will guide you safely past seas of misinformation until the act of eating becomes effortless, intuitive and enjoyable. Whether at a restaurant or entertaining, feeding your family or traveling, you will never again be at a loss as to what you should or should not eat. By learning to listen to your body and learning how food affects you, you will gain the confidence to make choices that consistently enhance your health.
Live life fully.
Good health doesn't have to be an exercise in deprivation. "Healthy habits" does not mean having to bring a sandwich or a bag of carrots along because there is nothing for you to eat. Learning to balance your life so you can enjoy your time with family and friends and still feel great means that sometimes you have to break the rules!
